The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

A movie from our childhood and suitable for to define our less used specialists in tohaa. Before the new year, here is my final thread of 2017.

Kosuil, Kumotail and Aleis Keesan.


These 3 specialist units are now part of the history like the original movie. It is hard to take one in to your lists and only when all the situations are right, they become fruitful.

we have fantastic specialists nowadays. Sakiel paramedic or fo, sukuel fo, chain of command keltars and clipso fo are cool options. After taking some heavy hitters, most probably you wont be looking these old options. Lets evaluate them and find together the possible best ideas to use them in right way.

IL BUONO (The Good) Kosuils
Kosuils are still selectable. The models are good and when you need to deploy a Gorgos, you may find them, even essential. However, there are better options now.

Kosuils are wip 14 specialists and a good way to use the bombs with their symbiont armor. K1 rifle with engineer option though a bit expensive. You will rather spending 3 more points to take a sukeul forward observer.

Engineer is an expensive skill but fruitful but... not in tohaa. There is nobody around that you can heal at all. Even you cant heal your tag. There is only kaauri that you may think about healing which will be wasting time and orders for me.

If you are planning to take a bomb, wip14 is cool enough and maybe you can take the shotgun version. Shotgun variant is the cheapest specialist one available. 24 points is not bad. i give this variant 67 points out of 100 points.


You can take the minelayer option not as a specialist but a hitter in triad which is a good idea. mines/k1 ammo are two nice things and you wont be spending on expensive engineer skill. Still nice wip that gets well with bombs. i give 69 points out of 100 points for this variant.

Kosuil engineer with k1 rifle is 29 points. That makes me think twice about him. Anyways, valuable second hitter when you are taking HI and Gorgos profiles. i give 65 points out of 100 points.

We have concerns but kosuil is still a good option, that you can take in your games.

IL BRUTTO (The bad) Kumotail
I have never liked you. There are many players that like kumotail and have used kumotail time to time. Being engineer and a doctor at the same time, which are completely out of place for tohaa for me, hard to use unit for your armies.

In tohaa, we have the best paramedics and you can gain their help with no negative modifier on ph on symbiont troops, which you will spend your orders to heal them back. You will use ph10-11 sometimes 12 and it is still good chance to revive your troops.


Kumotail coming with fireteam, which doesnt allow you to use your servants at all. Sakiel paramedic is 2 points cheaper than kumotail. Comeon, why will i take a kumotail ?

After kaauris, situation is abit better. Now you can use kumotail alone with 2 servants and can put servant near a kaauri sniper, while keeping the other for w troopers. But paying extra for fireteam and using solo still sucks.

Kumotail is a bad option. I cant see my self using one. i give kumotail 30 points out of 100 points.

IL CATTIVO (The Ugly) Aelis Keesan
My ex love Aeleis dont seem to me beautiful any more. Spending 32-33 points and getting a specialist with a good weapon for a price level of sukuel forward observer.

Aelis model is also not beautiful for my eyes, more ugly thing is good ideas are killed with needless costly details.

Sensor + specialist in a triad in fantastic. Especially if you have k1 and viral weapons in hand. Good killer with sensor is nice. Why she has many pistols on model is still such a misery.


Regeneration is an expensive skill. Defensive hacking device too. These 2 skills on same model sucks and increasing the cost a lot.

there are also coming flash pulse, nanopulser and dcharges to increase the cost more.

I would prefer Aelis with some pheroware tactics. Instead of defensive hacking, a specialist. Getting rid of regeneration but gaining ODD for instance. Close range fighter with odd is awesome.

Sensor + triangulated fire is the only reason that will make you think about taking Aleis to your army. Sensor + bomb is an effective tactics against camo troops. triangulated fire + k1 is a bane for mighty Avatar and one of the best combinations of the game.

Anyways, getting harder to take her in competitive games. I give Aleis 56 points out of 100 points. At least she needs a very quick change to white hacker but i keep my hopes for logical change with the coming new book.

Biggest threat for tohaa "suprise!"

I am a tohaa player and i feel the deficiencies which tohaa has. We dont have hackers rems etc and others but biggest threat for us is the suprise attacks.

Strangely, i dont hear about this much in forums at all.

Strong side of tohaa is the resilience and 2 burst aro defence. However we dont have axess to six sense ability except kaauris.

Do we have a solution for that ?

Frankly speaking no. But some ideas can help and work.


Against assasins
These bastards are very dangerous. Take care about them and be well prepared in deployment zone. They often send a smoke grenade and start striking afterwards. Oftenly they bring a mine to your deployment zone very easily.

Try to discover them. Because they dont have 2 levels like against other armies. If we can discover them, they become naked. take a kaauri for many reasons.

Deploy so that, you can see many units at once and try to take a gaoreel too. Use a mate on gaoreel and pray not to receive a crit.

If your opponent can not crit you, most probably can die with other units in your army with template weapons. Kaauris have nanopulsers, makauls and chaksas have heavy flamers. Assasins dont love us.

try to bring bombs too. You can aro them with a bomb. But crucial thing is, face to face is a face to face. so most of the time , assasins have better chance of killing you. Better idea is giving a mate for a potential victim and giving a bomb to a protector. If your gorgos has the mate, give bomb to sakiel paramedic nearby.

Take the first turn always. against assasins, you will hardly find any defence. so better attacking first!

Bring symbiobugs and symbio bombs and some mines with minelayers. This will make the fiday owner to afraid to come closer. He can still risk and kill his target - but dying at the end and loosing something 30 points will hurt his feelings.

Against spetnaz and other long range suprise killers
If you meet with spetnaz, there is nothing you can do at all. Spetnaz will strike and you will show the resistance. You can only give a mate for your aro piece and ask from God for better dice rolls.

Look at the example below.
both are in their good range and kamael is linked. These are the results in suprise mod. Solid kamael sniper has no chance against spetsnazs. So keep him at home.

Sukeul is better when you compare it with other units. However, she still cant withstand the storm of bullets at all.

Doesnt work as you see.

So, if you face an opponent with this ability, keep your aro troops at home. There is no defence you can create against them. You can try to aro with several units at once and seing spetnaz with several troops. But it is not easy. They have camo and they can strike in the right place to avoid such a defence.

Suprise attacks are our bane and this is much more deadly than fire.

On my way for a new diorama

I like fluffy things and thats why i like tohaa. Tohaa for me is the most fluffy army in all among other factions. Therefore they need some fluffy look in where they stand.

One year ago, i made this diorama for my tohaa.


It was beautiful indeed. I decided to give it to one of my friends as a present, since he was starting tohaa those days.

Before the new year, i asked myself. " Why dont i make a better one ? "

Corvus Belli designed a very nice diorama. Check out this beauty and other pictures below.


Triangle shapes defining the triads. Special planet plants in green and cemetary of tohaa. What a brillant idea and execution of it.


Alex made all of things according to famous Bostrias' drawings. Tohaa alphabet was also a cool idea. I must push borders and make a really beautiful one.

I ordered few things from green stuff world and waiting them to come to start my works. Magnets, plasticards, green stuff and blue stuff mold to copy few things.

More things and more suprises will follow. i am still searching nice things around and gather when ever i come across.


This kind of movement trays i am planning to glue on the diorama. But most probably will make my own ones. This will make my minis to look more tidy and more fluffy. Will use magnets here.

After i gather everything, will start really slowly and try my best to make special diorama for a very special army.

I still can not fulfill all my swc costs even with the mercenaries. First part is i keep for the links. Before the action, makaul makes an impetious movement. This will help the links, later and i am keeping this makaul later to build new links. Maybe instead of a lost member,ofcourse it is valid, if makaul survives.

Depending on the opponent, you can start with yuan yuan in second list. You can choose start with it firstly. That can help your Gaoreel to strike in smokes. 3 burst in smokes is a real deadly attack.

After then, kill things with sukeul hmg or move with makauls with smokes. you can use the smokes and coordinate order the guys in the second army. Chaksas can move and check if somebody is around with the sensors.



Valery meanwhile, can find a right spot for her pitcher. You can fill more pitchers with chaksas. This will help you to dominate mid table.

I would prefer the mates to be on sukeuls. I believe also, you have enough aro power if you deploy and wait for your opponent.

First of all, you have Gorgos, the killing machine.

After .. there are his protectors around.

You have to march and use Kaauri and leave a nullifier around, where Gorgos is active.

Yuanyuan and if you prefer later makauls in links can provide you the smokes that, Gorgos need to march forward.

Valerya can send some pitchers to way that Gorgos will march.



Kaplan is a good engineer with some weapons in his hand. He has a servant too and he can use the servant to heal kaauri sniper later.

List seemed me nice and havent used any sukeuls as you see.

You can use first or second army troopers for coordinated orders or you can take the ones in group two and replace with a triad and a kaauri sniper. So you will keep all the troops that you can use in coordinated order in one army.


In january, we have a tournament. I will revert back with good raports.

Chaksas "our most loved pets"


We couldnt wish for a better slave race. We love chaksas and they look intimidating on look too. Today, i will evaluate for you, all possible chaksa units that we have.


When we were playing N2, i was oftenly using hmg variant. Rocket launcher was extremely expensive. Chaksa baggages have always been my favorites. Still they are.

Lets start with our regular troops. Chaksa auxiliaries.

Nice ph 12, zero arm and bts, rem standart bs of 11, wip 13, cc16 , 1 wound troops with courage skill.

Availability is 4, would prefer that it was 6.

Chaksa Baggage 10 points
One of the best troopers tohaa have. I give them 91 points. Pistol+triangulated fire , sensors, heavyflamers for killing stuff and the best cheerleaders still. I always take at least two units into my lists. Sometimes 3/4.

Chaksa HMG with neurocinetics,360 visor -  25 points, 1 swc
Interesting option but not good at active turn. After N3, i lost my interest on it. Other factions have rems that they can buff. For 25 points, they have rems that are most faster, can be buffed, with extra bts and with real total reaction, so that they can use them in active turn too. They have 2 unsc. level instead of 1. In positive side, you we dodge and fight abit better. :( well, it is up to you. One more idea is taking several units at once, but neurocinetics. We have few options only for coordinated attacks but this option is good for being a helper in coordinated attacks. it was attacking with one burst and still with 1 burst as a helper too. I give this option 59 points out of 100 points.

Chaksa Smart Heavy Rocket Luncher - 15 points, 1 swc
I find this variant useful. Because it is cheap, even cheaper than other rems with 18 point cost rems in all factions and have 0.5 swc less. 15 points is almost cheerleader points. You can take one, put like seing one flank and enjoy some guided rockets (which is unique for Tohaa). Unfortunetly rockets are not deadly like missiles. Opponent can still throw the right dice at first arm roll, and can make you unhappy. However, perfect option for coordinated attacks. I give this variant 68 points out of 100 points.

We have other chaksas in our army. In this part, i want to talk about those too.


Rasails' chaksa peripheral
They move faster than their masters and they have heavy flamers plus mimetism. They really work well with rasails. They have pistol too, so they can maximise the total burst on several units at once. Dont miss that, they have bs of 11. so,their pistols are dangerous enough.

Gorgos' peripheral
There are 2 options. One of them is really similar with rasails'. However instead of heavyflamer comes with pulzar this time.

Second option is coming with a gun and a tactical option at once. It can strike with a shotgun template with burst 2 or with a stun grenade for tactical variety. Second option can be better but 3 points more expensive.


Chaksa Servants
Trolling experts with mimetism+hyper dynamics. They have good total ph of 14 on dodging attempts. Nowadays i cant use them at all. If your engineer/doctor is inside of a link, you cant use them. I still wait kumotail to be reworked.

Thats all for the moment. I know that Tohaa will have an infiltrator type in close future and i am a bit suspicious that we will get a chaksa one this time. wouldnt be awesome to get a chaksa in camo and have mechanised deployment for instance ? Gutier knows but give no secrets at all.

Kaauris

We long waited for units, that have any sixsense or "S" type, since we dont have both in our ranks. We can heal now our kaauris to accomplish missions with our engineers and we finally have a reply for camo troops. Kaauris, welcome to our ranks.


Kaauris are our tiny guardians. Normally they are s1, but the models are not.

They brought really nice options for us. You can use a kaauri sentinel in your deployment zone or as an attacking piece. They are one best options for supresion fire with msv level1 and sixsense level2.

Here are the stats.
cc12 that you will not mind. You have electric pulse. However, you can still mind against ninja types since you have ssense level 2. bs11 in affordable unit. poor ph. nice wip to check the intruders. no arm but bts 3 and a structure unit. availability is 4.

MSV Level 1 is cool. Biometric visor level 2 is fine. Six senselevel 2 . we have a optimised troop here for their purposes. Sentinels use wip check of 16 against impersonater or holoecho troopers. They dont care about any suprise attack or shot by any means. Since they see also camo units properly, it is the best unit against camo troops too.

All of kaauri options are classy and useful.  Lets evaluate the options.



Submachine gun,  2 x nano pulsers and a nullifier - 12 points
Wonderful profile. Firstly cheap and it works as a cheerleader in tohaa standarts. smg is no joke in closer ranges since it is a threat against opponents with ARM. Nullifier is a unique defensive option and 2 nanopulsers. In his lucky day, this cheap unit can destroy even a link. You can use in supresion fire and perfect candidate to protect your deployment zone. I give this variant 88 points out of 100 points. It is becoming one my essential units in my armies.

Boarding shotgun, nullifier - 15 points
Template is a template. Strong option without having a chance to use in supresion fire. Still there is a nullifier. Six sense lets him to be a good deployment keeper and a strong attacking piece too. use the coordinated moves in makaul smokes and enoy. I give this variant 79 points out of 100 points.

Sniper rifle - 19 points, 0.5 swc
Cheap but very effective sniper indeed. You will make camo fans crazy. See mimetism and can not be suprised. Find him a cover and enjoy madness. I give this variant 83 points out of 100 points.

Combi rifle, nullifier (pheroware tactics: nimbus zone) - 17 points
Combi is always good, especially in supresion fire. Nimbus zone is an option that you can use hardly. If you will use this tactic, you better use your sakiels. This variant is for offensive purposes. Not a bad profile ofcourse but there are better options. I give this variant 75 points out of 100 points.


If you plan to buy a blister, i can advice you the ones above as a start.

Triumvirate sectorial is on the way and Bostria confirmed that we will see kaauris as a linkable option in there. Kaauris will be fantastic haris and cheap 5 man link. Would love to hear more about it and excited from now.

Armand "Le Muet"


Some people doesnt want to talk so much. Armand is one of them. He is tohaa in race, so i decided to write about him and possible synergy he provides with other unique things in tohaa.


Armand is a sniper that can move forward for fun. He has multi sniper rifle in both 2 variants which you can not find in tohaa ranks normally. Double breaker pistol has 3 burst and could be a threat for close range ( 12dmg bts/2 ). And yes, he has a nanopulser also.


Armand has 2 important things that make him special. Symbiont armor and ODD. You have a 2 wound trooper with odd. Take a note that he will be loosing odd in first wound. Both variants are interesting. Lets check the stats in deep.

























Close combat is interesting. cc18 - shock weapon can be a threat. He can protect himself. B13 is fantastic in tohaa standarts. ph12 is good and 13 wip ok. He has 2 arm but no bts at all.

Forward deployment is cool for two things. He can find the right spot, under cover more easily and it gives him extra 4 inch movement. If you feel that you need to move him, this eliminates the MI troops disadvantage for 2 turns. He is a sniper, why not making move+shoot moves ?


Between two variants, i like more the minelayer. First of all, it can not be effected by white noise. Secondly, when you decide to move, you have mines and breaker pistol chances to fight other than multi sniper. if you use your coordinated orders, he is a beast in coordinated attacks. Minelayer option lets you to put one mine nearby. It will help you for more deployment safety.

Second variant is dangerous too. msv level 1 really lets him to win many face to face rolls. (-6 odd) + (-3 cover) will be cool with msv level 1. Take this if you know that you will face ariadna for instance. Even the king spetnaz hmg in his best range has to make 4bursts for bs9, while Armand replies with 13 ( 10 if being suprised )

These things are valid for any army that has axess to Armand but lets see what he has more in tohaa.

Firstly a symbiont mate. He can eliminates the hits for one turn. That will make him a real order consumer for the opponent and ofcourse will protect him really good.

Secondly he can have a bomb. Bomb creates a whitenoise option for Armand. Better taking a bomb with sakiel and use the mirror ball on Armand. Enjoy now.

Armand is not cheap but he brings valuable things in his bag. He will not die easily and he is going to hurt poeple.

i give minelayer variant 85 points out of 100 points and msv level1 variant 83 points out of 100 points. Armand is a cool weapon, that you can use time to time.

Gaoreels "Seing unseen"


We are one of the lucky armies, having msv level 2 troops. This skill is a good counter against any camo based armies. But unlucky part is that we are still open to suprise shots. we will evaluate gaoreels today.

Gao reels are our on budget Hsiens.
Instead of hmg, we have sniper,spitfire,combi and boardingshotgun variants. Adhesive luncher on combi is a serious weapon, but most of the time, you wont be using it.

Hsiens in ISS can link with zhangyings while gaoreels can link with anything. Minus side is, he has movement of 4-2 movement and all other units with fireteam triad ability has 4-4 movements. He is slow.

They are slow, but they have stat line that will make you content.

cc16, bs12, ph 12, wip14,arm 2 and bts 3. (availability 4 )
This statline coming with two precious things. Symbiont armor + msv level 2.

wip 14 is eye catching. that will make him to spot hidden rats better. Other than that, he is not a specialist to bring us any other favors at all.

Lets evalaute the unit options.

Gao Reel Sniper 31 points, 1swc
Impressive profile. Moving slow is not a deal any more. 2 effective wounds + mate is very powerful in cover. Dont forget that, he has also fireteam triad ability. So he can bring at least one more long range shooter like kamael sniper. I oftenly use these couple with a keltar chain of command unit. So you have now 4 burst sniper challange to your opponent in even his active turn. I believe he is really cost efficient and cant help myself to give him 88 points out of 100 points.

Now starts the movement problem. You have to move and shoot to kill things. 5 burst is really powerful. budget hsien indeed. You can take a makaul to arrive in good range and take a specialist with you. Dangerous opponent, when used wisely. i give this variant 84 points out of 100 points.

Adhesive luncher in aro is very cool weapon. Combi is not bad in active turn in a triad. But you need to spend orders to arrive mid table, where the action takes place. Together with a mate, he can be a good candidate for a supresion fire trick. Maybe you can put a free makaul to your lists and you can leave gaoreel in mid table and link makaul with other members. You have also lt. option too without spending any swc. i give this variant 76 points out of 100 points.

One of my secret tactics is using him in triad and marching till mid table where he will really shines. For 26 points only, you have 3 burst bs18 hitting killing machine in close range. Nothing can stand on your way. to camo opponents, troops with mimetism, you dont care about anything. I give this variant 83 points out of 100 points.

There are kerails that provide you to make smoke+ msv level 2. Kerail preceptors have ph11 value and they can land a smoke grenade with %70 accuracy. It really makes you angry after not succeding though. It is not like makauls with ph13 ( ph16 in close range ) with 2 burst.

After ITS 9 : treason showed up, now we can bring yojimbo, yuan yuans, saito togan and mcmurrough for better smoke coverage.

Dont forget the mates and bombs, which will greatly increase the tactical options of him. what a pitty, he cant be using mirrorball.

and there is a reason for the mask they wear.

"Sakiels" the masters of the triads

Now the reality. One of the best troops of the tohaa army.

Sakiels...

I will try to tell my opinions on the sakiels.



4-4 movement, cc14, BS 12, ph 11, wip 13 , arm 2, bts 0
almost standart profile. They have total availability of 6.

coming with v:courage, symbiont armor and fireteam:triad.

the thing which makes them special is the equipments and how they synergy well with other troopers in the triads. Also have to say that sakiels have frenzy but they dont care it at all in a fireteam.

sakiels are basicaly cheap  2 wound troopers with some other nasty things in their bags. There are many tactical options they create and some of them are only unique for them.

Lets have a look at the options that they bring to table.


Sakiel viral combi - 24 points, 0 swc
My ex-love. You have viral combi with a chance of hitting your opponent with 4 deadly bursts. You still keep that nasty nimbus plus grenades for your mate, makaul. You have a lt. option too. after e have rasail viral and sukeuls, i dont take this option oftenly anymore. However, still a very good choice and hard to say anything negative about it. if anybody still doesnt know about it, viral ammo causes opponent to make 2 bts rolls for each hit. any unsuccesful one and your opponent dies directly if it has one wound only. what a killer. well, i have to give this variant 92 points out of 100 points. very good profile.

Sakiel combi rifle + nullifier - 18 points, 0.5 swc
Can you imagine ? 2 effective wounds for only 18 points. must be the cheapest one in infinity. coming with a combi, which is still a nice weapon in my opinion. Only negative side is, in the triads it is neither a real killer or a specialist. So i saw my self not taking it at the end. very solid profile but hard to find a place for it. i give 86 points for this profile.

Sakiel combi rifle + nimbus plus grenades - 18 points, 0 swc
Same things above but for me not a good choice, when we have other better options around. Still cheap and fruitful. But there is better. i give 83 points for this profile.

Sakiel combi + light rocket luncher - 23 points,  1 swc
Mama mia! Interesting profile indeed. Medium range rockets are really deadly in a triad. There is 1 swc which i have never mind. There is no nimbus plus. We will use this guy as a killer not a helper. Burst 3 rocket is impressive. One of the variants that i love and deserves to have 89 points from me.

Sakiel spitfire 23 points, 1.5 swc
Before in old days, was a solid option. But not any more. We have the sukeul and even neema. dont get me wrong, it is a very good choice still but we have to prefer different things nowadays. Optimised profile and very handy. Will give 88 points for that.

Sakiel paramedic 20 points ( yes only )
For me, star of the show. Many tricks in one bag. Can heal things, can push buttons, specialist, can use nimbus plus grenades, efficient weapon combi rifle. very cheap and 2 wounds. very good mate for the main killer of the triad. synergies really well with the makaul heavyflames. I have already given my points for that. 94 out of 100 points.

Sakiel forward observer 19 points ( yes only )
Again fantastic specialist. one point cheaper and coming with flash pulse in aro. Nimbus plus grenades... Forward observer attack with extra burst. almost similar with paramedic option and gets a solid 93 points out of 100 points from me.


to understand sakiels better, think on the symbiont bombs and mates too. Mates will give them extra wound and that will be neat. 19 points forward observer becomes an undying unit.

Bombs will shine too. sakiels have prettty ok wip 13 value to succeed in all the tricks.

Nimbus plus grenades create exotic circular templates that makes even the msv troops have -6 modifier in this poor visibility zone. Saturation zone decreases burst value with 1 step. Here, we have a fantastic tactical trick.

Makauls have 2 burst heavy flame throwers attack in the links. But they can choose two targets, so they can still use their templates twice! although they stay in this saturation zone. Meanwhile your opponent has to apply -6 mod. for their dodge. This tactic is a real link destroyer.

Get closer with the link. Use sakiels' nimbus plus grenades. Show up with makaul and burn!

I can hardly think about an offensive triad, without a sakiel specialist and a makaul.

Makauls have also eclipse grenades. Just think about how many options you have, while moving with triads.

Sakiels + makauls are more powerful together than they are alone for sure. Use this couple nicely in tohaa way and enjoy your opponents' tears.


"Kamaels" the backbone units of tohaa


Ofcourse not. But still, there are some nice options there.


But the nice options are not in the above picture.  Kamaels are coming with the starter and with a seperate box including the swc options.

With a basic statline. Kamaels have the following stats.
nice bs 11 and nice wip 13 are there for you. Better than several other basic troopers in infinity. ph11 and arm1 is also not bad. standart movement of 4-4 and standart cc of 13.

Kamaels have fireteam: triad ability and nothing else. They can join the links. thats all. you can pass to other thread. :P

they look not bright with their stats but fireteam triads may need kamaels time to time. Lets evaluate the options that we have.


12 points 0 swc lt with combi
This variant is useful. You can hide your lt. among the other members. Put him into the second floor of the building and dont think about loosing it. i give this variant 55 points out of 100 points.

12 points 0 swc with combi
Pretty boring. You can take this variant as a fake,bait lt. against powerful players. Otherwise, other than being a cheap member of a triad, not useful at all. i give this variant 47 points out of 100 points.

13 points forward observer
can push buttons. in a triad, this is quite ok variant for forward observing ability and flashpulsing ith extra burst in aro. i give this variant 58 points out of 100 points.

14 points paramedic
if i take my sakiel specialist a forward observer, can take a kamael with paramedic. can push buttons and let tohaa people wake up from deep sleep. 57 points out of 100 points.

16 points 1 swc grenade luncher + combi
you spend extra 4 points and 1 swc to gain a grenade luncher in a triad. I want to remind you that we can never build 5 man links. so you can only use your poor bs11. even in best range scenario, you will have poor bs 8 option to use it in speculative fire. i can only give 42 points out of 100 points for this profile. use the arm of the mini else where.

18 points 1 swc spitfire
tell me one reason to not take sakiel spitfire and take this unit. no need to speak more and can give 44 points out of 100 points for him.

16 points 0,5 swc sniper
Now we are speaking. Best kamael profile. He can be a mate for gaoreel sniper, can help sukeul missile luncher in defensive link business. He is very efficient in ARO purposes. You can make him a link leader and by making move+attack, you can move the other members of the triad. i give 77 points out of 100 points for this variant.

16 points 0,5 swc white hacker
Can be the worst hacker but the cheapest one in a link too. You may need her for two things. If you have a gorgos or any HI infantry like Neema, she can help you to recover from any state. You can buff HI infantries ith fairy dust and can provide disadvantage for opponent AD troops. Secondly, she is your only hope for making hacking missions. Gaotarsos can benefit from her guiding for combat jump. If you bring kamael hacker, you must be sure about you bring the units that ill benefit from her. She can push the buttons too. i give kamael white hacker 68 points out of 100 points.



well these are the options. Kamaels are really boring now and i would be happy if Corvus belli brings some nice tools with them. a Nullifier option, a minelayer option, maybe a flammenspear instead of grenade luncher could really work to make them more selectable for our armies.

Taqeul "undying lieutenant and the keeper"

After n3 appears, there were new troops for everybody and it was valid for tohaa too. Since everybody felt in love with sukeuls very quickly, taqeul was not prefered at all, for a few reasons.


first of all, we don't have a miniature nor any drawing on the taquel. And let me give you a secret, you  wont be seing it for a time. So better convert yourself one.

Secondly, taqeul brings two questionable skills at once. Advanced command and regeneration which both costs about 10 points. Furthermore he was coming with interesting bs of 13. so he is not there for waiting in deployment zone.

Secondly, he is really costly. Here are the options that you can find in the army. You can realise that he is expensive.

Thirdly, he has weird combination of stats and skills and hard to justify if he is good or bad at first sight.

I thought about, how can i effectively use him and finally found a way. He is an aggresive leader that can coordinate with other units, marching together. Problem is that he needs others to be more fruitful. Chaksa baggages are what you need. And maybe others too. Alone makaul, a krakot any lone trooper, which is not triads and not gysnc. can work. Here comes an other problem, we dont have much, such troopers.

Anyways, Idea is smoking everywhere to make taquel and his soldiers able to move together at one time. This will make him reach to places that he will be more effective. Although he is really slow with 4-2 movement, coordinated orders make him arrive sooner or later to the mid table.

When the time is right, taqeul can leave the bugs to the ground to the approriate places. His best friends chaksa baggages can fill the bugs again. Meanwhile, dont forget that you can still have the mate and the bomb on taqeul.

Bugs and bomb together creates an extra ordinary defence that your opponent can not save his ass from. Dodge needed to survive from the bugs, but reset is needed to survive from the bomb. So.. if any trooper wants to get closer to a taqeul, he needs to risk one of these threats. This unique defence makes taqeul impressive.

Taqeul weapon options are only limited to closer ranges and only spitfire is there for medium range. However after leaving the bugs around, with a mate and a bomb, can you imagine taqeul in supresion fire ? He will really strongly control the area that he is inside.

Courage skill is there, cause of this. He will control a zone and never leave it. Regeneration can also make taquel to turn back to fight.

Advanced command can help to increase the coordinated moves, that you plan to make with taqeul. Chain of command is cool too. You may need to push buttons and an undying specialist is really handy.

 Taqeul is still very hard unit to control and use efficiently. It needs hard work and army which was prepared according to help taquel. Taqeul is more fruitful, with a krakot and 2 chaksa baggages at least.

You can see that in my gorgos review, i recommend taking a taqeul. I believe, they are nice couple together.

So, if we need to sum up again. Taqeul is an undying leader who is protected nicely with bugs and bombs and need other units for coordinate moves. He is not a troop, that you can put your army randomly. He is dependable on other troops like gorgos. You have to think on it carefuly and prepare a list based on him.

I give taqeul spitfire 71 points out of 100 points. 70 points for viral and 67 points for the combi variant. if you have bs13, you must attack with it in deadly way.

I visited Corvus Belli

Yes i made it. In my travel to Spain, i found some time to see them in Vigo. They are close to Vigo in poliindustrial castenerias. After seing a nice poster on the wall, was really excited to get inside.

 

Carlos "Koni" from Corvus Belli greeted me very nicely and he is indeed a very nice guy. I am happy that such a wonderful guy take cares about the warcors in Corvus Belli.

After the entrance, there are the mini holding hangers and the guys who makes the packaging. There are totally 3 different quality control steps in the company and here is the final step for that. They check the minis final time, before packaging. You can see the hangers and packaging guys as below.


Backside of here is full with precious miniatures. I saw the boxes ready for shipment. I believe they are gathering the new miniatures in boxes before shipping them to retailers. New kanren, damn szalamandra and the new neema were among these minis.


when i smile, i dont look nice in pictures and will take note for my self to change the glasses. Gutier in the middle is the brain of Corvus Belli. He decides on anything about stats,units, costs and balance of the things himself. On the right, there is my mate Carlos. On the left, there is famous Bran da Castro.

We talked with Gutier on many things, but especially on tohaa. He listens and thinks about ideas very delicately. He found one of my ideas cool and asked me to prepare a presentation for that and one of my ideas seemed overpowered for him.

He was eager to speak with me and he and his wife are very nice people indeed. While his wife was preparing some presents and poor Carlos waiting with minis which i ordered, we had a great talk on infinity related things.

Gutier gave me small hints. like e have to wait little bit to wait for taquel. They are damn busy for the coming book, which he told me that it ill show up like the end of this year is a great possibility.

They the follow the forums seriously. He is aware of all our concerns. He can change few things, but he looks for the right time for doing that. He has no time for the moment to check.

Carlos didnt tell me any secrets but could see the new minis like Cranotid, new warcor girl, thorakites and Bit.

Finally had a chance to take a selfie with famous Bostria here. We couldt find time to talk but as you can see in the picture, i saw some works in computers and some posters on the walls. Better i dont talk about them. Because i have to keep my mount closed up.

In this part of the company, i met with DAF, Hellois and the sculptors. In my country, we love to bring presents to any where we go and therefore, brought Turkish delight for the team from Turkey. They gave me also some presents in return and i bought some miniatures for my self with some discount. I got my Neema!

I saw the production too. Carlos described me all the processes they are doing before they finally create a miniature. It was really interesting experience.

In this year, i am planning to go once more to see Gutier. I will be more prepared this time and i will try arrange my questions before.
